About the Author
Judith Finlayson is a journalist and author with a life-long love of cooking.
The author of seven cookbooks, she has sold more than half a million slow cooker titles, making her one of
North America's best-selling authors on this subject. Prior to WHOLE GRAINS, Judith
wrote 175 Slow Cooker Classics, which was chosen by the Washington Post as a
notable cookbook of 2006. She lives in Toronto, Canada.
