Roberts began promoting "signature cocktails" such as Voodoo Potion and Cape Cod Kan-Kans to her clients for their personalized parties a year ago. Emma Roberts founded Capers Catering, a custom catering service that provides complete event services and gourmet food, creatively presented and expertly served, in the fall of 1993. Roberts has built a strong Boston presence for Capers as an innovative purveyor of fresh food designs and elegant event concepts for both corporate and private affairs. Capers Catering specializes in tailoring each event to the clients' desires. Emma resides in Wenham, MA with her husband Bill Roberts, and their two black labs, Tess and Haley.
